Attends has about 10,000 shipments annually of raw materials, finished products and waste.
Attends work with raw material suppliers, customers and carriers to reduce the total transport load in terms of both raw materials and finished products. Whenever we can, we try to ship our products by rail.

In accordance with Transport Policy scheduled transportation to take place during the daytime in order to minimize disturbance of the local environment.

Attends’ products are developed in view of minimising the volume of transport throughout the product lifecycle. The use of super absorbents and thin materials have an impact both in terms of transportation of raw materials and transport of finished and used products. Hard Compression of products before packing of products for maximum filling ratio is one of the measures that is used to reduce the finished product transportation load.

Attends has agreements with certain customers to load additional products on top of the pallets in order to maximize filling.
